1. All enabled fields marked with a * (red asterisk) are compulsory to be filled. In case the data cannot be filled or is not available you can specify N.A. in that field.
2. You need to use a Javascript enabled browser to fill up the application form. Recommended and tested browsers are Internet Explorer 8+, Mozilla FireFox 2, Mozilla FireFox 3.
3. Please keep a copy of filled form for your record.
4. Registration does not guarantee admission.
5. Please specify the correct e-mail ID in the form as one copy of the form will directly go to your e-mail id.
6. Please ensure there will be no use of special character and apostrophe while filling the input fields.
